Simple tips and tricks you can implement and get rid of dark circles under eyes the natural way:

Tip #1: Eat Healthy - ' You are what you eat'

In the previous post by SimplyBeautilicious, we have emphasized on eating beauty food to stay healthy and look good at the same time!
You might ask, "What does this have to do with dark circles?" Well, the skin, amazingly, is the largest organ in your body. If you aren’t providing your skin with adequate nutrients and in the correct ratio, you will start to see signs of premature aging such as dark circles.
And remember, nothing that you can apply to the outside of your skin can beat the results you will see from healing within! So start eating smart :)


Tip #2: Exercise your facial muscles!

You might have noticed that some people spend a part of each day exercising. This is because there is no gravity in space, and muscles that are not used can actually start to disintegrate.
Your face is supported by a muscular system; neglecting to strengthen and tone your face can increase age-related symptoms such as dark circles under your eyes.
While skin creams may add necessary nutrients to targeted areas of your face, eye creams do not have the ability to rebuild and tone your facial structure and, at best, provide only a temporary solution.

Tip #3: Shape your habits!

Your overall lifestyle is what determines your ability to fight the signs of aging, so a healthy lifestyle should be a part of any skin-care and anti-aging regimen.
While you have discovered the three most important factors necessary to fight dark circles, you need a way to apply this knowledge. Using general good habits may increase your youthful appearance, but the best results are seen when you apply healthy habits along with a targeted plan.

  8. Hi Valene, you can try cutting cucumber slices or potato slices and apply them to closed eyes for ten minutes because cold temperatures can help to reduce puffy eyes and sooth tired eyes! Hope this helps!
