Beauty is dependent on the overall health of your body. In order for your skin to look radiant and beautiful, you need to make healthy lifestyle choices! And a great way to start is the food you eat.

Here are some recommended beauty foods:

Salmon: Promotes soft smooth skin, free from dry itchy patches.

Fish:
Contains vitamin A, B1, B12, and B6. Besides, it also has omega 3 fatty acids which are very beneficial to the skin, as well as the heart and brain.

Carrots:
Have lots of beta-carotene which is a powerful antioxidant.

Strawberries: Helps to protect our skin collagen structures by keeping our skin firm. Wrinkles form when our collagen levels start depleting.

Blueberries: It is one of nature’s most effective anti-aging foods. They help keep the elasticity of the skin, strengthen the gums, and contribute to the health of our eyes.

Pomegranate: It is a good source of polyphenol antioxidants which help neutralize free radicals that can damage the skin.

Brazil nuts: Help protect our skin from UV rays and they help reduce dryness.

Water: It is essential to have enough water in our body system, as hydrated skin naturally looks younger. What’s more? It is also capable of washing out toxins and impurities from your body.

  2. Hi Aisyah! Thank you for your comments!

We recommend you to achieve 150 minutes of exercise per week.

Activities should include those that work the large muscles, such as walking, jogging, swimming, aerobic dance, or cycling. There are many types of exercise you can do. Find an activity you enjoy and stay healthy!

    Cheers,
