Egg Face Mask

Perhaps most of us know that eggs are packed with protein and lecithin, which is a natural lubricant for the skin.

Ingredients:
1 raw egg
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

*Alternatively, you can add:
1 tablespoon of sour cream (help slough off any dead skin cells)
Few drops of lemon juice (helps to drain excess oil but do not do so if you have dry skin, it will only irritate your skin)

Directions:
Separate the egg white and yolk into different bowls. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with the egg white.

Spread this gently and evenly, using with your fingertips, cotton bud or a face mask brush on your clean face and neck: avoiding your eyes and mouth area. Next, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.

Then wash it off with a warm, damp cloth and pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Finally apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

Healing cracked heels

Healing cracked heels and dry skin is easy with a little bit of olive oil and a pair of socks.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of olive oil; a pair of socks

Directions:
Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. (For better results, you can scrub your feet) Next, apply the olive oil on your feet and heels. Lastly, put on your socks to keep the oil on your feet off your bedding.
